Ski shop was great, very well prepared ski's, smiling knowledgeable service (queuing was 'French' though). Website was easy to understand but I had to buy insurance at the shop but it was cheap. I had the cheapest and best ski's in my group, they were jealous ... !

I have used this shop through your twice now. This year I felt the skis were not red standard. Indeed a friend who hired blue from the shop got the same skis as me. Was this to do with the poor snow conditions? It certainly wasn't the same standard as the previous year. People were polite and helpful etc and we had a good time..... just a bit disappointed at he standard of ski. I will think twice before ordering red standard again. Thanks Craig

The staff at the ski shop were so relaxed they were almost asleep and getting our skis took a lot longer than normal.

Poor quality skis: When I shown them a picture of the red level skis from the site (a good set of carver skis) I was given and old set of skis that had no life in them and not even tuned of freshly waxed!

Staff: it seemed like we were unwanded as soon as we entered the stop! Not one smile or any kind words.

Overall not a great star to the holiday!!!
