The people were pleasant enough, but the shop was a bit crowded and not enough staff. Ski's were nice and light weight but felt they would have benefitted from waxing. Overall though I would not complain and would use the same shop again. Had a great holiday, the only thing that spoilt it was the prices in Corchevel and the dreadfull food in the Restaurants on the slopes.

Ski shop palmed us off with skis from their bottom range. We changed these after 1/2 a day and got other skis that were wrong sizes and very little difference. They refused us the chance to pay the upgrade difference between black and diamond and instead demanded 150Euros each if we wanted diamond skis for the week. They also left the binding loose on my ski after not setting it correctly. This could have been very dangerous. Will not be using that shop again.

The staff in the shop were rather off-hand when I went to collect my skis and boots but were more pleasant when I returned them. I could not be sure that the level of equipment I ordered was what I was supplied with. While on the slopes I had to re-attach the ski stoppers which had come adrift. Had I not had a screwdriver with me, I might have risked losing the skis down the slopes.

Magasin sport 2000 à Courchevel 1850.
Peu de choix; personnel extremement antipathique, c'est gens en sont restés au tps où on est là pour prendre le fric des touristes: Aucune explication accueil déplorable, "mais si c'est bien" même si nous ne sommes pas content; des chaussures roses pour un garçons "c'est pas grave de toute façon c'est tout ce qu'on a", etc...

Un accueil très désagréable. Matériel décevant par rapport a la gamme choisie( la plus haute). On de demande s'il y a une différence entre les differents pacs. J'ai beaucoup apprécie les tarif avantageux que propose le site mais je serai désole de ne pas pouvoir recommencer l'expérience si les magasins partenairs ne change pas. ( en effet le deuxième magasin a un choix EXTREMEMENT limite).
Sinon rien a dire pour le site, c 'est super et très serieu.

Very impressed with service - both the website, booking the ski hire & also when collecting ski's etc in the shop. Helpful staff, wiling to assist with fitting & in my case, swapping boot sizes. Would defo recommend - i will be using again in a few weeks when off to Chamonix.

En dehors de la remarque précédente sur la confusion des gammes, l'accueil est très correct et l'attente acceptable... surtout quand il n'y a pas trop de monde.
